Sailing in Curacao

Pro-Sail Curacao Pro-Sail is a young and dynamic company that specializes in sailing in Curacao and Spanish Water. We operate from marina Marine Watersport Centre in Brakkept Ariba 1 on the northwest side of Spanish Water. This inner lake is a beautiful, sheltered and safe lagoon with only one outlet to the Caribbean Sea. To the north of the lagoon are many bays and small islands with mangroves and coral reefs. The water abounds with fish and we often see turtles swimming around. Also, there are spectacular views of Table Mountain, Seru Boca, Kabriet Mountain and landhouse Santa Barbara. Come enjoy snorkelng on palm tree shadowed, Barbara Beach with us. We also offer kayak and motor boat rentals.

Bounty Adventures offers the best day cruises available on the Island. Jump aboard for some real water fun. When we departure we serve sandwich for breakfast. It's about an hour to get there. You can go treasure hunting on the Island, have a tan, relax in the shade's on the beach. Also you can go for some fine snorkeling and explore the coral reefs. This trip is also perfect for scuba divers.

Cat Sailing Curacao - Curacao is perfect for catamaran sailing. This is due to the constant breeze, beautiful and warm sea and good waves. Try it and you will be convinced. No sailing experience is needed. Cat Sailing Curacao is the only beach sailing school on Curacao and is located at Jan Thiel Beach, next to restaurant Zanzibar.

We definitely recommend our spectacular sailing trips along the coast to nearby bays, like to Barbara Beach and Fuik Bay. This is sailing on the Caribbean sea, so it is beautiful and the water is warm. We also offer sailing courses and short instructed one-hour trips.

Jan Thiel Beach is one of the most popular beaches on Curacao and has many facilities, such as the famous bar-lounge-restaurant Zanzibar, the diving school Scuba-Do, a children water-play park and a massage and souvenir shop.

Insulinde Sailing Ship - A short motor cruise eastwards along the coast brings us to Caracasbaai where we snorkel over the famous sunken tugboat wreck lying in 14 feet (4m) water depth.

Join in with our fish feeding experience and marvel at the wonderful variety of shapes and colours that surround you on the reef. Next we make a scenic tour of Fuik Baai lagoon wilderness area, a most picturesque and unique setting, ending with a refreshing swim at a secluded beautiful beach.

At 4:00 pm we hoist sails and enjoy an easy cruise into the sunset home to Willemstad.
