The Mareja has a well seasoned crew which have been fishing together the Offshore waters of La Parguera for the last 25 years. This team effort is crucial when handling big fish and large quantities of smaller fish.
Blue Marlin hook ups in Caribbean Puerto Rico are more common than any other billfish. This is the fish that will test both the angler and the tackle. Dolphin fish at La Parguera running with seabirds, commonly average in size from 25 lb cows and 50 lbs. bulls. These are lots of fun to catch acrobatic fish, with multiple hookups, and a delicacy at the dinner table. Wahoo also forage the waters off La Parguera and are great fun to catch.
